Sam sold our last property in Thornlands & we moved into our South Street rental while our new home was being built. When it came time to lease it again Sam asked if we’d like to sell instead. I was sooo lucky to have Sam as my agent! As my house had been tenanted for some years, it needed quite a lot of refurbishment prior to sale. I live out of Brisbane, and Sam was the project manager for the co ordination of all the trades. She helped make colour choices and was such a delight to work with. A number of years ago we ended up buying our house through Deb, and the whole process was painless. She knew the area, as well as how to deal with us as potential customers. She was never pushy, but professional during the whole process. Over the years that we lived in the house Deb and the team at Remax never lost touch with us.
