When it came to selling our house there was no question that we were going to use Simon Salm and his team. We used them previously and were impressed with their service and professionalism. Because of their knowledge, pricing strategy and photos, our home sold on the first day. The sale wasn’t all smooth sailing but Glen Tregea was always by our side working with us and made the process less stressful. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Simon and his team!

Simon & Michelle excelled in presenting my home to sell. Communication throughout the process was great. And the internet presentation was awesome. I was lucky enough to sell in less than a day. I’d definitely use them again & recommend them.

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Sam. We were well looked after and supported throughout the whole process. We’d experienced a lot of challenging situations leading up to this sale and Sam really turned our experience around. Thank you 🙏🏼

Kathy from Simon Salm’s office went over the top to keep us happy, to the point of dropping keys off to us early on her day off (in her pyjamas🤣) Amazing service and I would recommend and use her again. Thanks heaps Kathy. 👍

Simon has been selling Real Estate in the Redlands since I was a young man which is about 30 plus years ago. If you want experience and local knowledge then you wont be disappointed by selecting Simon and his team. During this time there has been a host of agents come and go so if longevity is important to you together with experience and local knowledge then the choice is simple. You decide.

Simon obviously knew which market to target to deliver us the best possible outcome. The property carried quite a few problems but the sale was conducted with minimal disruptions. He acted very professionally and communicated well with both parties.
