I have work with the Neilson,s for close to 10 years now. With Dave now leading them for the future. I had a few setbacks on this property with settlement dates & tenant. With the team Neilson coming to the rescue due to me being away for work. I found a fair market assessment. I look forward to working with them in the future & them exceeding again my expectations.

Disappointed that Dave took a tour with us around our house and we specifically pointed out that our Kids expensive cubby house was not being sold with the property! This was not conveyed to either the supporting agent or buyers. With the deal on a knife edge and our backs to the wall the only way we could complete the deal was to hand over the Cubby to the Buyers! $2000 that we will never see back again! The agent still took his full commission ? Not our mistake - the agents mistake!

Simon has great knowledge of how to sell a property fast. His entire team have been amazing including people at hand to tidy yards for you, advice on how to declutter your house, obtaining quotes for any quick renovation work required so new buyers aren't having to guess what that will be. All open houses occurred on time and the communication from Simon's team has been spot on. Can't thank them enough for all their support in selling this house very quickly.

Dave has a very deep knowledge of the area and is highly professional and efficient. Steve Murphy also very professional and excellent to work with, both went above and beyond to ensure a good end result after some challenging buyer circumstances. Overall very happy.

A great team of professional people that all worked together and backed each other up to get a great result for my house. What stood out was their genuine and positive manner even in a tough market. Definitely would recommend.

Dave Nielson and his team, especially Steve Wright certainly made the whole stressful experience of selling your family home, seamless and very easy. Right from the word go, they made suggestions on how to present your home in a manner that will hopefully offer you the best results without breaking the bank. After following there advice, the house was even sold before the first Open Home which certainly shows the strategies they put together work. Always kept me in the loop on any developments and interactions. They were always prompt, professional and courteous, great experience Thank You!

Thank you to Steve Murphy from Team Neilson for all of your hard work in both getting our house sold, as well as helping us with the purchase of our new family home. Being 6 months pregnant, it was imperative that we got both the buying and selling of our houses over the line as quickly as possible before the Nesting set in! Steve was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and was always available to answer any questions we had re: the purchase of our new home. Everything worked out perfectly, "the stars aligned". We are very happy, thank you. Regards, Emily and Andrew Brown (Brownie).

We were very happy with the professionalism and efficiency which was shown during the sale of our home (which went under contract in only 4 days of being on the market!) We took the advice of our Agent, Steve Murphy, who was always professional, knowledgeable and overall very delightful to work with. Although we have purchased many homes, this was our first sale, so rest assured we had many questions to ask. Steve Murphy had no hesitations in going above and beyond to answer all of our quims, morning, noon, night, weekends; you name it, Steve was always on-call and available to chat. From the moment we met Steve, we found him impressionable, personable, well spoken and very easy going to work with. We had a great seller's experience, and have no hestitations in recommending Steve Murphy, or Team Neilson, for anyone in the market to sell, or buy. Thanks for your hard work! Emily and Andrew Brown (Brownie).

Steve was very accommodating from the first inspection. He was proactive and supportive during the negotiation process which allowed for a swift contract agreement. From then until settlement Steve kept in touch, organised additional inspections and ensured everything was where it needed to be for settlement. His personal, low stress approach was appreciated by myself and my wife.
