Four months ago, as new arrivals in Australia, we bought a property in Wellington Point. Kathy was the agent who showed us around on the viewing day and right from the start, she was extremely helpful and friendly. She spent a great deal of time with us, patiently answering our many questions. Once an offer had been made and secured, she led us through the whole process with true professionalism and for us, this could have been a very stressful time but Kathy was always there at the end of the phone with advice, practical help and information on the local area. When we left messages, she was always very prompt in returning our calls, of which there were many. We cannot recommend Kathy highly enough - she gave 120% and worked above and beyond the call of duty!
