We were able to view the property when it suited us which was outside open home times & also a second visit. Both times were organised readily & without feeling that it was an inconvenience. Communication was excellent with Nichole. Pre-settlement inspection was again not an issue. After settlement we were advised of a missing key issue, which was promptly rectified by Nichole & also a minor repair that came to light after settlement. Again this was dealt with professionally to suit both buyer & seller. Nichole was approachable & her friendly manner made the purchase a pleasant experience.
