We entered the market during a volatile time, anticipating a lengthy selling period and depressed price. Simon and his team visited our property one afternoon and, after a thorough inspection and discussion about the way forward, stated that the property should sell within 3 weeks (21 days). A 'For Sale' sign was erected shortly after, and the next morning an inspection was arranged. The contract was signed later that afternoon, on 2nd May for a very satisfactory price. Financial closure happened on 25th May (23 days after the For Sale sign went up). During that time Building and Pest inspections, and a visit from the potential buyer occurred with a member of Simon's team - Glen Tregea - communicating with us throughout. It was a great result for us, with a seamless sales process including support and clear communication. We have no hesitation in recommending Simon and his team to others.
