REMAX Extreme

Remax was very thorough in covering all areas of the whole rental process as a landlord. Their market knowledge was extensive as well, and they were very efficient in arranging for contractors to ensure that the house was rental ready. While the handover process from business development manager to rental agent could have been communicated verbally, - and granted there were emails sent - it could've been streamlined. Overall, the process was smooth, and fees were reasonable as well, and we would recommend.

I was very impressed with Remax who is the agents for our new rental. Their communication is excellent and attention to detail regarding the property report was impeccable. Every spot/line/imperfection were photographed, which made my part of the inspection easy. Everything we needed was in our folder ready to go with key pick up.

Excellent service throughout the lease break process. My leasing agent (Mellissa) managed to secure a new tenant quickly, conducted all inspections thoroughly and to the expected high standard, and maintained good communication throughout. Very professional and efficient. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend REMAX and, in particular, Amie and Tracy, for their exceptional service and professionalism. I live in Sydney while my property is in Alkimos, WA, so having a reliable and trustworthy team on the ground is extremely important to me. It has now been a year since Amie and the team have been managing my property, and they have been absolutely superb throughout. The regular communication and updates have been fantastic. I never feel like I need to chase anything, as they proactively keep me informed and manage communications with suppliers, trades, developers and other parties on my behalf. Being interstate, this gives me tremendous peace of mind knowing the property is being looked after properly. I genuinely feel that Amie and Tracy treat my property as if it were their own. I also have another property currently under construction, and once it’s completed, I’ll be very happy to have that property managed by Amie and the team as well. A huge thank you to Amie, Tracy and the REMAX team for their professionalism, responsiveness and commitment. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a property management team.
