As our Property Manager, Natalie provided a rapid response to us and the tenant, has already dealt with two of the issues and is currently dealing with the leakage problem, which has a level of complexity in resolving and negotiating the respective responsibilities of two insurers (landlord and building). I have no hesitation in recommending Granger Clark as exemplary property managers.
