Shan is a very prompt to reply Property Manager. Always available should I need to contact her by phone or email which I appreciate. Some Real Estate Property Managers can't provide this service.

Overall Service
The overall service from Debra at Re/Max has been very good, however, some damage was found by a new tenant that was not picked up when the previous tenant's final inspection was carried out. We are still waiting to find out who is expected to cover this cost now the previous tenant has gone.

Extremely professional!

Easy lease hard comms after
Leasing was easy and fast but once at the house comms have been disappointing. Messaged about fixing aircon about a month ago and only got 1 response which was inconclusive.

Always Positive
I am into my 12th year with Remax managing my rental houses. I still appreciate the effort provided by Remax regarding tenant screening, the owners portal and ongoing advice on market conditions. My new property manager shows strong knowledge of my houses and always has a quick efficient plan for repair of any maintenance issues as they occur. Im alerted 3 months before tenancy contracts are due to end, my agent then does all the work regarding tenets staying, advertising for new tenants, negotiating tenancy agreements. My life is easy with the service I receive from Remax and my agent. Very friendly and happy personality from my agent which I like. Thanks for all your work.
