Sometimes, when we have any issue, you are not sending people to solve the problem in emergency. For example last time we had water problem in one of the bathroom, you sent people after longtime and as result we paid a big amount for water bill. Also regarding the electricity, until now you are not sending someone to come and see what problem we have regarding this.
