I already knew very well how highly regarded Demo and the team were before we decided to list and sell our property so it was a no-brainer when that time came about. Already working in the industry myself (on the other side as a Conveyancer), I deal with Agents every single day and there has never been anyone I've come across in 15 years that operate the way Team Demo does. Demo and Gareth are respectful, transparent, thorough and they work incredibly hard to get the results they end up with. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Very happy with our house sale with Brett and Kathy. We have sold houses before -but would have to say Brett and Kathy were by far the best real estate agents we have ever dealt with. Communication was outstanding. Always knew what was going on. Excellent result- with effective sale marketing including using their innovative app- market buy. We were lucky to have friends who had bought a house off Phil a few years ago and could not have been more happier with his service. our initial contact with Phil was laid back, his knowledge of the local market was brilliant. Unfortunately we did not sign up with Phil then, 8 weeks later we called him and everything he promised us went into full swing, photographs were being taken and we got a call off Phil, could he bring a couple round to have a look before it went on the market. Our house sold the next day for well above what we were expecting. In my view if you are looking for a agent to sell your house Phil Wiltshire is your man.

Phil was the vendors agent, yet he was fair in dealing with us. He was easy to negotiate with and we were happy with the final negotiated price. Although we did not live in the area, when our children who do (live in the area) saw the on line for sale details, they immediately recognised Phil as having dealt with him. He is obviously we'll know and respected in the area and this further set my mind at ease. No request for further details after we signed was too difficult and Phil continued to keep in touch. We settle soon and I don't foresee there being any issues. Overall he was a great agent and I would use him again in the future.

When it comes to selling/buying a property one of the first things you think of is an agent. You think, who can I trust? who knows what they are talking about? who knows the market like no other? but most of all who would put themselves in our own shoes when trying to sale a place that we once called home. Thankfully we found Phil and his team! From the moment Phil walked through our front door we felt a sense of all the above and more.. His fun, friendly and enthusiastic character charmed us and instantly made us feel at ease. Since day one Phil and his team kept us in the loop about absolutely everything, they certainly made the process enjoyable, hopeful and most of all reassuring. Both Phil & Josh in particular were always just a phone call away and always more then happy to help. They are both a perfect example of how a team should be.
