Amazing Team
Phil and Josh are extremely experienced and professional and have excellent knowledge of the the local areas I would highly recommend the Wiltshire Team to anyone wanting sell a home phil and Josh are friendly and instantly make you feel comfortable and are just great to work with giving advice and always happy to take a call nothing is too much trouble Around the butler and alkimos area Phil and Josh are well known by the locals for selling houses and now I can see why their attention to detail is amazing and they certainly go that extra mile for their clients I can not recommend Phil and Josh enough they are 5 star plus! Professional & highly knowledgeable
I recently purchased a home that Phil was the the agent selling the property. From my initial inquiry which Phil responded to immediately, to eventual settlement, Phil was nothing but professional. I met him at the first home open & he came across as being knowledgeable for the area and extremely approachable in the questions I asked. Through no fault of the sellers or their agent, the sale was not as smooth as I had hoped. Phil and his team communicated with me as much as possible in an effort to move the settlement along. I really appreciated this as this was new ground for me & it was good to be explained things as they progressed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Phil to any prospective seller or buyer as you will be in good hands.

Absolutely Fabulous
We met Phil at a home open, and he immediately knew the property was not right for us. After spending 10 minutes having a chat he said he thought he had a property we would love, and we did!! Within 2 hours of our meeting we had an offer in. Phil has been amazing throughout the finance and settlement period, keeping us up to date and his recommendations have been invaluable.
