I have purchased many properties in the past, in Scotland, however this is my first experience buying a property in Australia. Both my husband and I went to many home openings before having the privilege of meeting Phil. We both felt that the many of the realestate agents did not follow through with what they promised on the day of the home open. We both met Phil at seperate times and agreed that his manner, and professionalism was exceptional. He was friendly and relatable. We both agreed that it did not feel that he was telling you all the right things just to secure a sale. He was completely transparent about everything we asked. Phil has went above and beyond to help us with all the paperwork and informed us, when asked, what and who else we needed to contact to before settlement. When we have called to ask about anything at all, he has called straight back, even on his day off. I would reccomend Phil and his team to anyone who is selling a property. If we move on from this property, there is no one else that I would contact than Phil. His professionalism filters down through his team as everyone we have delt with in his office we have found to be exactly the same. They deliver a flawless first class service. We cant praise them highly enough.
