We originally planned to start selling our house over Christmas time, however we soon changed our mind. After taking to Facebook to ask our local community for recommendations, Phil’s name was mentioned more times than I could count and after friends having a great experience with him as well, it was a no brainer. At our initial meeting, Phil felt more like a friend than he did a real estate agent. He talked us through the entire process and answered every question we had (which was allot). We made our decision pretty fast and despite how nervous we were, we felt like we were in the best hands with Phil and his team.
