We purchased a property in Tapping through Demo and Gareth who were both nothing short of fantastic to deal with aswell as being down to earth their helpfulness, knowledge of the area and market was spot on. From the get go with a viewing organised in less then 24hrs to accommodate us right through to settlement and beyond the guys were great. There were certainly a few uncontrollable hiccups involved in our purchase to which the guys handled very professionally and without fuss. Hi Phil, The below review is for your company and in particular Josh who managed my property for me. I called Josh Curtis regarding properties in the Mindari/Clarkson suburbs and described to him what was important to me in buying a property. He instantly understood my needs, forwarded details of a property to me which was exactly what I wanted. I signed the contract within a week. Brett, Cristina and Tania are an amazing team. They proactively provided updates to me about the progress of the home opens, buyer interest, all the way through to settlement without ever needing a follow up. Their knowledge of the process and tips along the way made it so easy for me as a seller. Cristina specifically is prompt, contactable and approachable and kept me up to date straight after home opens. Tania made the documentation side of things seamless with regular updates. My settlement agent even said they are amazing to work with too! Would highly recommend Brett's team to sell a property, and the Remax team overall as property specialists (including property management).
