Selling my first property (which happened to have tenants for a further 6 months) I was unsure how best to proceed. I emailed different agents selling in the Butler area with a few questions and Phil was the agent who answered my questions and who seemed the most honest. From the beginning to the end Demo and Gareth made the process as straight forward and easy as possible. With the help of photographer Mark they put together a sensational marketing campaign with great photos and video to help promote and sell the house. Both Demo and Gareth were exceptionally professional in their approach and were in regular contact during the sales process keeping us informed of what was happening. The end result was they managed to sell our house within a week and they got the sales price we were told from the start!
