Rental Management

When we first engaged the agent our new build was under a builders warranty however we found that most of the time the agent would just send letters asking for things to be fixed which got us nowhere. We ended up paying for repairs ourselves. We had a similar experience when the side fence needed replacing and the expense should have been shared by the neighbour. It would have been great if our agent had just approached them in person. We believe we would have had a better outcome if they were more proactive. However, on a general basis our agent seems to do a good job.
