Demo Foufas is the Definition of Going Above and Beyond

I finally bought my house and this was possible just thanks to Demo. I tried to buy two houses before this one and deeply hated the experience. Previous agents acted like poorly trained second-hand car salesmen trying to sell at all costs, regardless of the lies involved. Being FIFO based overseas, my time is limited, and my experiences before Demo were incredibly frustrating. One agent pushed me to exceed my maximum offer by lying about a higher competing bid. I walked away, and they sold it for $60,000 less due to greed. Another agent allowed me less than 10 minutes to inspect a property after I had driven three hours to Perth. I was rushed through the biggest investment of my life because the agent had "a wedding to attend." Lied to repeatedly, I almost gave up my search entirely. Working with Demo was completely different. We scheduled a viewing and he arrived earlier to show respect for my schedule. He opened the entire house and patiently answered all my questions. He didn't cover the house's weaknesses with cheap sales techniques, lies, or excuses. Even unprompted, he honestly pointed them out, which I deeply appreciated. Despite personal commitments, Demo made time outside normal hours—early mornings, late afternoons, weekends, and holidays—to answer calls and emails. He avoided exhausting back-and-forth price tactics. He understood my schedule, respected my offer, and straightforwardly presented it to close the deal. Furthermore, when I asked him to open the house pre-settlement so I could take measurements, he could have easily made an excuse. Instead, he accommodated my request and left the house open as long as I needed. I recognize agents work for the seller, but Demo represented his client perfectly while showing profound respect for my situation. I am extremely happy with my purchase. If I ever sell this house, I will look no further than Demo Foufas. I want my future buyers to be treated with the exact same respect he showed me today.
