Best agent in town
We bought our house 10yrs ago with Paul as the agent and has a great experience with him from a buyers perspective so had no hesitation when it came to selling to use Paul and we where not disappointed. Paul exceeded our expectations on all accounts and made the whole process as stress free as possible and is just so easy to deal with. Best in town.

Credible and Hard working Agent
We found Phil Passaris to be a hard working Real Estate Agent who worked well to sell our home for us. My husband and I also found him friendly, honest and amiable and we wish him well in all of his undertakings re selling homes etc in the future. We did very well as our home for sale was out of his usual area of expertise, but he did his research and we were very happy with the outcome. Excellent agent.
David gave us a very good appraisal which was more than we expected. He had a good working knowledge of the sales in our area and gave us sound advice on what to do to present the house for sale. He communicated with us regularly and kept us up to date with open house numbers & feedback from potential buyers and other sales in the area. He negotiated very well with the buyer to reach our selling price and a 30 day contract was signed in 4 weeks. We couldn't be happier.

A person a pleasure to deal with
David Moore was the agent through whom we bought our property 5 years ago. He had sober approach to negotiation between parties and at all stages we felt at ease and comfortable.
