I want to say that Joe's service has been fantastic from initial negotiation, the appraisal, then talking us through the strategy for our unique circumstance for the entire "property swap" process involving both buying and selling. The additional stress came from the fact that we have already paid the deposit for the property we want to buy, so it was a race against time to sell our apartment at an expected market price in time to complete the buying process for our new home. Joe and his team have made it possible with all the hard work and long distance phone calls day and night and we finally got it done within the strict time scale and we are very grateful for that.
