What you get with Litsa; 1) Professional + Genuine: Everyone can be professional but are they genuine? It shows through in Litsa character when you engage with her. Her willingness to help you and expected nothing in return. All agents should be genuine and treat you like you are family. How many agents calls you out of the blue to see how you are going and ask if you have any questions? I say not many. 2) Informed decisions. Litsa presents to you various scenarios and helps you make informed decisions. She never pushes you, she just presents the information for you to chew on. This has been incredibly helpful in our journey with preparing the property for sale, during sale and post sale. Now, we're engaging with her with purchase of a property. 3) Available. Litsa is incredibly busy, can you imagine how many people are contacting her for advice on a given day. You may not get an answer on the day, but you will always get an answer...even at 8pm. 4) Reality vs Imagination. Litsa sets realistic expectations and then surprises you with over delivery. Everyone likes to hear you will get top dollar, but many under deliver. Litsa is clearly able to justify her position but at the same time, she knows what will sell and what will bring up the value.
