Litsa approached us to sell our property, advised us of the market value accurately and, once listed, she did not stop promoting our property. Litsa obviously had a database of suitable buyers and by advertising she also captured the prospective buyers that might not have been included in the database marketing. There were numerous inspections but only the one buyer, which she found. Litsa achieved a price that was even higher than we had anticipated so we are very happy vendors and would recommend this very professional agent to anyone wanting to sell. After a number of discussions with various agents, my parents decided to list their property with Litsa Meleti.
