I found Yvonne to be very courteous and always obliging. In my case I was selling this property on my Mothers behalf so we had to establish meetings and a slightly different way of communicating and translating information to my elderly Mother. Yvonne was always willing to change meeting to accommodate our situation. Our property was eventually purchased by Sydney residents.
