From a buyers perspective, Vicki seems like a no fuss person to me who does her job well without a lot of BS. Some agents try and talk properties and the market in general up a bit too much which could in turn cause you to second guess your own offer. Thankfully with Vicki, it was all pretty clear cut with a little bit of negotiating both ways and both parties ending up satisfied.
