As a resident in the same complex, why any seller would not use Geoff as their Agent?? Geoff has a very thorough knowledge & understanding of the complex and Body Corporate issues. The sale of my Villa proceeded smoothly. Only one Open Home day was required. Geoff kept me fully informed of every ‘looker’ and their feedback. Multiple offers were presented and the eventual sale price exceeded my expectations. At any time, Geoff was available by phone or email for any questions or concerns.
