If I had another house to sell Yvonne would be the first person I would contact. She communicated with me every step of the way, which made me feel comfortable about decisions which needed making as she would talk them out with me not just tell me what to do. The knowledge that Yvonne has in assisting making that sale on you house happen is unbelievable. She conducted herself very professionally at all times even contacting me in regards to a surgery that I had during the process of the sale of the house, I found this to be very thoughtful, I was not just a sale. I met Sonya in 2017 when I purchased my property. As a buyer I found her to be honest and knowledgeable about the property and market in general. When it came time to sell, she was my first and only choice in Real Estate Agents. Sonya came to my property promptly to inspect my property and put a plan in place for going to market. After the inspection Sonya, gave an estimated value and a short list of chores to get the property ready for market. We made all the changes that Sonya recommended and went to market above her initial estimate. It is extremely clear that Sonya understand both her buying and selling clients as she had organised multiple viewings with potential buyers within 24 hours of going to Market. Within 48 hours there were 4 offers on the property. Without Sonya's skills, knowledge and relationships with her clients we would not have sold so quickly or for the price which exceeded my expectations.
