I have a very good impression of Vicki Ford who is a dynamic and versatile lady-cum-real estate agent. She has shown her great skills as a good negotiator and co-coordinator who is highly effective, reliable, sincere with and helpful to me during the process of viewing homes, signing a home contract until the settlement day. She gave me very good advice during the preparation of the home contract and was always helpful whenever I asked for her help. I also give appreciation for her staff who worked as a good team under her leadership. Our mother recently passed away and we had to put her house on the market. It was a really sad time in our lives and Vicki was just so lovely and understanding. Before we decided who to get as the agent, we reviewed all of the agents in the district - like who had what and who had sold what recently. Vicki proved to be a market leader so we decided to list with her. She was fantastic and had the house sold within 5 weeks of listing. I had quite a list on what I believed I needed and wanted when looking for my new property. Vicki's approach to my thinking was to show me a range of varying properties ....in the area of choice, some outside my area of choice, older homes, newer homes, smaller yard blocks to larger yard blocks, etc. Her commonsense approach enabled me to make the right choice of home for me.
