I recently sold my Dads house as part of hid estate. There were some issues with the building and Sue's advice and market understanding got me through some worrying times. It would have been very easy to reduce the cost of the house or pay for expensive reno's. On Sue's advise we had some checks performed that saved us possibly thousands and maintained the pricing on the house.
