We were impressed with Sue right from the start. When we arrived at the office we stopped briefly to look to view the adds and very quickly Sue was there to see if she could help. We said we are not buying but selling. It was not long before the sale of our property was singed up. It only took a few days and a buyer was found. Sue kept us up to date with progress of any interest shown. A genuine hard worker and does her best .

Overall pleased lovely lady who knows her job she communicated well with both seller and buyer negotiated tiles in kitchen with owner for better results for me only down fall was she wouldn't negotiate cash sale she said it didn't make a difference but it does as they know the sale will not fall through
