•We 'came' to Laura via a friend who is a 'regular' player in the Real Estate market. Our situation was tricky in that we were a smidgeon past the 'awesome time to sell' peak of 2022, needed someone to get the sale done, but - of course - at the best price. Laura, was low maintenance... took on board that we were juggling many things in our life at the time of sale... and didn't push us to reinvent/'super present' the property - when it would make little difference to the end 'win'. I was comforted by Laura's approach of 'full disclosure' with buyers; if there was something that needed doing on the property rather than sneek them past it, she would draw their attention to it, walk them through the process - and approx cost - to remedy it and say that this was ALREADY taken into account in the asking price. Could Laura have gotten more for our property - possibly... possibly not... it was an incredible selling time in the market, we had a great home (but needing a refresh) in a wicked location and little competitors. But what mattered somewhat more, was that she recognised and respected where we were at in our lives / what we were up against, established what we were capable of in our preparation for sale - vs overwhelming us, and then kept all of our eyes on the prize DESPITE what the rest of the industry/TV reality shows etc were preaching about the MUST DOs for a successful sale. Thank you, Laura, for being who you are, knowing what you know and valuing what you value - our property sold to our satisfaction... with our sanity in tact... and paved the way for a new chapter...
