As we live interstate we felt like we were going in blind to this sale. The most important starting point was enlisting a great real estate agent. We started with 'Local Agent Finder' and found Remy. The first time we contacted Remy he was engaged, keen and had a clear step by step strategy to help us sell our property. We followed each of his steps from day 1 and he never faltered. His communication was excellent throughout, he organised every external aspect of the sale such as trades and provided photographs of each completed job. We certainly felt that he had excellent experience and certainly knew the market. We felt safe leaving him in total control of the sale. The staging and video were excellent and reached their full potential as our property was sold before the first open house. Consultation with Remy before our home went onto the market made the difference. Remy provided suggestions on how to improve our home with no expectation of us signing with him. Once we decided to engage and sign up - his overview of what we could get for the home and how long it would take to get a sale was spot on. It took 1 viewing for our home to be sold. The marketing campaign and ease to get our home onto property sites happened over less than 3 days and we had to do very little. Communications with Remy were ongoing and prompt . We were never left in the dark and no conversation was difficult even if we were asking the difficult questions. It was a pleasure selling our home with Remy and will continue our buying and selling journey with him. I was personally in the market for a long time - and therefore can easily say, Remy is not just a salesman, he loves his work, people (both the seller and buyer) matters to him, and it’s more than just the sale for him.
