Nathans approach to selling our apartment whilst tenanted was exemplary. It was never too much trouble for him to go the extra mile in communicating between buyers , the tenant and us as the vendors. We were never left wondering post inspections as to how they played out and he was always contactable. Our contract was signed as subject to finance and we recieved a call from Nathan once this period of time was completed to check that all had progressed as planned. This was not only reassuring but gave us the comfort in continuing our real estate portfolio with a trusted real estate agent.
