We chose Rendina Real Estate on a friends recommendation and knowing that they knew the Kensington market better than anyone. My wife and I are happy to say that our expectations were certainly exceeded with ease. Nathan proved to be very professional, confident and kept us well informed along the way. This was my first property sale and I was very nervous about the market and how the property would perform. Nathan was totally upfront with his expectations. He gave me a range of what he expected the market would deliver, which actually enveloped my own expectations. He kept me well informed throughout the process, and I was extremely impressed at the way he was prepared to push for the upper end of the range, which was eventually achieved, and not just settle for the first offers recieved.
