Hayleigh was open and honest all throughout the process. She was able to successfully negotiate a contract of sale, spending many hours to get it done! As the buyer, I became aware that her knowledge of the market and prices was spot on. The after care service she provided was exceptional. I don’t honestly see many Agencies doing the same. Thank you Hayleigh.

Our Family engaged Hayleigh to assist us in the sale of our parent's unit. The sale of the unit was a highly emotional time for the family as it was due to the passing of one of our parents. As you can imagine, it was a very difficult time. Hayleigh held our hand during the entire process, her understanding of grief and the challenges that encompasses and selling the family home during that time....was a godsend. Hayleigh not only helped us to sell, and did that in an incredibly knowledgeable and highly professional manner, she also supported us emotionally throughout the process. Hayleigh ensured that every "i" was dotted and every "t" was crossed, and did so with great efficiency. Hayleigh assisted us in every single aspect of the sale and made sure it went through very smoothly and without any issues. Our family holds Hayleigh in high regard after our experience with her and highly recommend her.

At the start of the process to sell our Parent's unit I decided to get in touch with four agents from the local area to allow me to compare the Agents, services provided and costs. Hayleigh's knowledge and the information she gave, right from the start was way beyond what any other agent was able to provide. With the paperwork all in place which was all relatively easy due to Hayleigh's level of service the process of actually selling started. Everything flowed seamlessly. From capturing all the marketing (eg. photos, posting on websites) to the Open Houses the transitions were so easy. Hayleigh's professionalism was amazing. When offers started Hayleigh's feedback and knowledge of the buyer's/market made the decisions so much easier. During the time Hayleigh's support for us and the family was a godsend. We are so happy we had the good fortune to discover RAAS and Hayleigh. Would not hesitate to recommend Hayleigh and will be using her for any future real estate.
