Alana Gargaro at the age of 21 has commenced operating her own real estate business Residential HQ Central Coast. Alana has been working in the real estate industry since the age of 15 and has gained valuable experience in that time. She started working for a local real estate office in an administrative role and quickly progressed into a sales position knowing this is what she wanted to do and loved. Growing up on the Central Coast in a family involved in real estate and property development gives Alana an invaluable amount of local market knowledge. Property is in her blood and that’s all she’s ever wanted to do. It was inevitable that one day she would own her own business. Sale of Property on the Central Coast

Alana has managed and now sold my property on the coast. Alana has very professional throughout the whole process, consulting regularly and keeping me informed all the way through. During the sale process, Alana understood the intent of providing a staged property and steered me towards using images with digital furniture rather than staging the property for the duration of the campaign. This approach resulted in savings for me and a quick sale within a week! Overall, Alana has been an excellent agent to deal with.
