Quick efficient sale. Very transactional, lacked the personal touches. For example: - vacating the house after an open for inspection leaving all front facing window shades open / lights on. - Advised that sale board would come down but didn't. - Pushed to sign the contract of sale immediately at presentation, i.e. no offer of time period to confirm we were comfortable. - Phone calls to request feedback on ratemyagent while my queries were glossed over. If you are after a no frills sale of your property, I would recommend Sugath. If it is your first time and you would like guidance and a bit more time / attention, maybe not.
