I have rated 2 stars for a particular agent, not the entire team. My experience with Sienna was excellent and 5 stars. My experience with Sarah has left room for improvement. The lease agreement was sent to be signed without the condition report. I asked for at least four times for the condition report, as per the legal requirements in Section 29 of the Residential Tenancies Agreement, which state that a real estate agent must send the condition report before, or with, the lease agreement to be signed but it has still not been sent. There was just under two weeks for this condition report to be completed and sent over. Additionally, the lease agreement itself details the wrong term. I was approved for more months than the lease agreement listed and this must be fixed too. I have emailed, called, messaged but these issues have not been resolved yet. The lack of communication, decreased attention to detail and unmet legal requirements have been major changes from the high service I normally receive through this company, which I would ordinarily regard as being to the highest standard.
