Tim is extremely personable, reachable and efficient. He gave me a realistic selling price target range. My house was tenanted during selling and Tim worked carefully with tenants not to upset or disturb them too much, for which I was very happy as they have been very good tenants. Tim works for a win-win sale of happy seller/happy buyer and encourages, but doesnt push either, just to get a sale. But never-the less in my case he got a very quick sale off-market as he managed to match a current market realistic offer buyer to a current market realistic expectation seller. Tim is a local boy, and has good awareness of market timing and demand, and a good contact base of potential buyers. He gave valuable feedback from initial inspections to add to my own research on realistic price expectations. Quick sale based on him encouraging the buyer rather than low-ball, but to instead make a realistic offer for my well located house, and Tim's awareness that I knew it to be a realistic offer. The sale price compares very well with sales of similar size/age/style/condition Winston Hills houses both shortly before and immediately after. I also compared with sales of 4 br houses in Winston Hills, and houses in surrounding suburbs. After making allowance for quality, age, and size price difference and suburb price differences my sale price still compares well. Am very happy with my sale after 40 years owning the property.
