Melissa is patient, trustworthy, respectful, and persistent without being pushy. She under promises and over delivers. Melissa knows when to step back and when to follow through. Our townhouse had been renovated extensively and another un-renovated townhouse in our complex had sold just before we went on the market. Melissa ensured that individual buyers understood the difference between our townhouse and the other townhouse. Due to this, and the rest of Melissa's marketing approach, our townhouse sold for considerably more than the other townhouse. I have seen Melissa do this with previous properties also. Melissa is a delight to do business with. I would use her again.
