We were recommended to contact Melissa after disappointment with two other agents. Melissa was always enthusiastic about the possibility of a sale even if there were no views on an inspection day. She changed ads , tried different times and always followed up with a report on the viewers. Melissa was always positive even if we were disappointed at times. She advised us on more positive ways to present the property. We always received a weekly report on internet views.
