As long-term members of the Northmead community, we knew the reputations of local agents and had basically chosen Russell but thought it prudent to interview with others. At our first meeting he was super prepared. We felt he understood our house and where it fitted in the local scene. His appraisal was at all times fair, acknowledging advantages and disadvantages of the location and dwelling. Preliminary work, eg. photos, advertising, was organised and carried out quickly. He was able to suggest local conveyancing firms and removalists. We had three open homes. After each one, Russell gave us detailed feedback on their comments and potential. He was personally present at each open day and in addition, called us frequently to update. An offer was made and Russell skillfully negotiated a price satisfactory to both parties. Russell's professional, low-key approach helped us hugely through a highly emotional time. We highly recommend him.
