We knew we were going to use Russell because of his reputation in the Northmead area, we didn't even bother looking at other agents. Russell did not disappoint, he is the kind of agent where he makes you feel so comfortable you feel like you are just chatting to a mate. Outside of how easy it was to do business with him, our place was sold within 8 days of listing and for 10K more than we were expecting. This is not during the great Sydney housing boom, this is post boom, when things have cooled off and we are heading towards Christmas. Much of what Russell did for us was out of hours, he would generally work around our own schedules and kept us 100% informed throughout the whole process. I will be working with Russell directly on any future projects within the Northmead area, I won't even bother looking around for anyone else.

I bought my villa from Russell 10 years back & found him easy to talk to and honest. So when I wanted to sell it I went back to him.
