From the get go Russell comes across as an honest guy who isn't there to promise you the world, but gets you what you want. It was a pleasant un-intrusive stress-less property selling experience. If you are looking for an honest, well informed, and committed person who has time for you and answers his phone, or when he cant, returns your call, then you cant go past Russell. All this said it means nothing if the agent cant produce results. Well Russell got us an above average result!
