I cannot thank Russel enough for helping me and my husband selling our apartment. We had another agent trying selling my apartment for 3 months but no offer received during that time. I realized that Russel pretty much sold 5 units in my street during that 3 months so we contacted him and started a new agency contract with him. He sold our apartment less that two months. What I really liked about him was the fact that he genuinely cared about us and well informed us when we had open homes. At one point I was overseas but he still updated me through emails. I wish we started our marketing process with him in a first place.
