Professional service, expert advice & great communication, Chris was supportive from start to finish

Chris and his entire team at Response were absolutely fantastic to work with. They were professional, friendly and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process of selling our home. Chris's expertise and advice was spot on and gave us great confidence every step of the way. Chris also went above and beyond in helping us present our home in the best possible way for sale. He provided great recommendations and contacts, including furniture specialists to help dress the home, which made a real difference. Communication is a key part of how Chris works and we received a call after every inspection updating us on the progress. The Response online portal was also a brilliant tool that allowed us to easily track how many people had visited, their feedback and their level of interest. Selling a home can be stressful, but Chris and his team made the whole experience feel seamless. They kept us informed at every stage and were always respectful of both us and the people coming through our home. Efficient and clear communicator

Chris was very punctual with his communications and was able to effectively assist us with our first home purchase. He did not apply any excessive pressure while we made decisions and the process was very straight forward. We did not feel manipulated throughout the process which is unfortunately how many first home buyers feel entering the market, so are grateful that this has been such a smooth journey and are very happy with the result.
