Very Impressive!

Very impressed
I have been a tenant of Reval for a couple months now and have found them efficient and easy to deal with. When I moved into the property there was a minor plumbing (shower head needed replacing in spare shower) issue which I reported and it was fixed within 48 hours. This was a very welcome change from my previous Real Estate that took approximately 9 months to fix the aircon.

Easy Agency to deal with
The team do a good job to keep things simple. We have a number of properties rented through Reval and they make it easy for our busy lives . Denney is very easy going and helpful . Communication is always excellent.

Poor contact
The real estate agents have AWFUL communication skills with tenants. Once the contract is signed they could not give a rats ass about you. Had an issue with the building for 2 months and still have not heard back from agent after 3+ emails and 10 calls

Smooth transaction
