Great agent
Adam is great agent, sold my property in 7 days when previous agent listed for 3 month and didnt bring even one offer. He communicated well, honest and not pushy. Highly recommend him.

Highly Recommended
Adam was upfront, honest and completely accessible throughout the whole sales process. We started with an optimistic selling price, but it soon became obvious it was too optimistic. We worked through our options and agreed on a more realistic strategy. He was then able to quickly secure a number of approved buyers, nursed us through a final few bumps in the road, and secured an unconditional sale in a tough market. I can now relax counting down the days to settlement while other sellers still have their properties online screaming "MUST SELL!", "ALL OFFERS!", "CALL NOW!" etc. My advice, call Adam.

Adam is a great agent.

All promises kept!
After meeting 80+ agents in the last 10 years, I knew what questions I wanted to know so I ran a Q&A style of first meeting because life was dragging me in other directions. I'm not sorry it was a very direct first-meeting for Adam and Julie because they know their stuff, had everything under control and knew all the answers, and then told me things I didn't know. When asked my selling price, I told what other agents told me, and they gave me a different figure which was higher. So I agreed to 'try them' first, even though I had a preferred agent. I gave Adam and Julie two weeks, they asked for four, I agreed. .. but then they went and sold it to a wonderful buyer within 10 days. This is where the difference lies. They have a large number of buyers, a very solid and responsible reputation, and they know what style of properties their buyers want. That plus Adam's an awesome person. He made the whole process simple for me. I just had to answer a few calls from him (Adam gives voicemail updates all the time) and sign a few documents, and I could carry on with my life.
