Adam and the team are nothing short of amazing. The entire process for us seemed a little daunting due to our family dynamic, situation and the fact that my Wife and I work in the Pilbara in WA. From the first meeting with Adam, I immediately felt that he had our best interests at heart. His no nonsense approach, attention to detail and knowledge in what we had to do to achieve a quick and fair sale was outstanding. If you are looking for a genuine team of people that; communicate regularly (even if you are in a different time zone), advise you what to do and how to do it to get it done and are professional in their approach then look no further than Adam and team at Reval. For close to decade we had been trying to sell our 3-br unit in a complex built for university students without any success. Covid, tough lending conditions as generally sluggish economic climate and outlook had made selling of a property like this more a challenge than ever. Adam and his team approached me in May 2022, expressing their willingness to help. I was balking at first. But Adam's enthusiasm, persuasive power, confidence and professionalism had finally led me to drop my hesitation and agree to let him have a go. With less then 2 months, he told me he has someone who was serious about buying the property. Unfortunately, the contract did not go through due to buyer's difficulty in getting finance approval. Obviously Adam was also disappointed, but nonetheless apologetic and with his usual confidence, promising he would get new buyers soon. However, before I fell back to my usual pessimism, Adam brought me a new buyer who was happy to pay more to get the property, and more importantly he had no issue with getting finance. Contract was quickly signed off. Now the sale is almost complete, waiting for the legal process to run its course. I want to thank Adam and his team for their great efforts, persistence and conscientiousness, under the circumstances, wish them well. I will be happy to recommend him and his team to anyone, wanting to sell his/her property.
