This is the third property we have purchased through Amanda. The first being 12 months ago and the home we live in. As we had retired and decided on an investment property we approached Amanda. We discussed our investment budget and income needs and asked Amanda to keep in mind some suitable properties. She found 2 that we were happy with and purchased. I would think that they are mid range houses we are proud of. Amanda manages them and we are hopeful they will provide us with part of our retirement income.Amanda is a hardworking and capable agent respectful of both renters and owners.
