As I was his first sell and I was a first-time home buyer, I would say it wasn’t a smooth start. I needed guidance and support which I expected from an Agent. There were questions I raised that took some time to get clarifications from and had caused confusions between parties. At times, I had to navigate my way through getting the answers from other parties. These answers were openly shared to UJ where I filled him in of what information I acquired. In the end, it felt like we were students in a class exchanging notes. I’m sure it has been a learning curve for both myself and UJ. In the end, we got there. I must say; I do commend UJ for his patience, understanding (especially where I had poured out my frustrations at times), willingness to help and provide support (despite the nights where he would take my calls), his swift responsiveness, his kindness as he’d always make you feel valuable for being his Client.
